CHARACTERISTICS

THRIVING IN A DYNAMIC WORLD

Without Resilience, without that inherent refusal to consider giving up as an option, discouragement will likely take root, often leading to premature abandonment of dreams.

However, with Resilience as a core characteristic, aspiring entrepreneurs and athletes learn to rebound from adversity, extract valuable lessons from mistakes, and strategically adjust their approaches when necessary. This cultivates a “never give up” mindset, empowering them to persevere through uncertainty and emerge not just intact, but stronger and wiser. Resilience is the indispensable fire that keeps our aspirations burning. It presents us with only one true option, and I’m confident you know what that is: to keep going.

HUNGER
TO WIN

WITH CHRISTOPHE BONGOZONGA

The journey to success, to becoming a winner, isn’t paved with inherent advantages like intellect, wealth, or the circumstances of your birth. Neither is it dictated by the color of your skin or mere chance. While these factors can undoubtedly influence the path, they are not the defining elements of achievement.

My own beginnings were far from privileged. Though I wouldn’t yet label myself a winner or successful, I recognize myself as an achiever. Standing before a crowd and speaking in English, a language I mastered in a mere three months, is a testament to that. This wasn’t a result of some innate gift or superior intelligence. My ability to speak English stemmed from a profound hunger to succeed; it was the only viable path forward I could see.
