Karibu M Foundation

The Karibu M Foundation(KMF) is a South African non-profit company (NPC) dedicated to addressing the systemic issue of youth unemployment, with a particular focus on non-matriculants in historically marginalized communities. Our Founder - Christopher Bongo, a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and inclusive development, the Foundation was established in response to the growing disconnect between traditional education systems and the evolving demands of the modern economy.

We recognize that thousands of young South Africans are excluded from formal employment opportunities due to limited academic qualifications, lack of access to skills training, and socio-economic barriers. We recognize that traditional employment models and formal education systems often leave behind a significant portion of South Africa’s youth—especially those who have not completed matric.
